The event, in partnership with Radio France, will take place in the capital. The trumpeter will be accompanied by a panel of French, Lebanese and international artists. The date is still to be defined, we know for the moment that it will be held in autumn just after the start of the school year. What is sure that the concert will be broadcast live on the channel France 2 in prime time. We already know that he will be accompanied by Mathieu Chedid known under the pseudonym -M-, as well as Bernard Lavilliers who had proposed the idea of the concert. He had recently declared "to raise funds, of course, but also to show the Lebanese people our moral support, our solidarity". It is also believed that singer Mika from Lebanon could join the troupe. He made a poignant post about his hometown on the social network Twitter:

A moment of solidarity

"Lebanon is going through a terrible ordeal. France Télévisions is at the side of the artists to organize a great concert of support and solidarity for the benefit of Lebanon and its stricken population," said the director of France television Delphine Ernotte. The funds will be donated to the victims of the explosion that hit Beirut. They will help rebuild the country. She also added "but beyond our public service mission, it is also a question of showing our fraternity to the Lebanese people bruised by too many tragedies. A way to show more than economic but also moral support. While waiting for more information, you can listen to the title Beirut by Ibrahim Maalouf.
