Miles Morales back in what promises to be the slap of the year 2023 in animation, Spider-Man: Across the Multiverse… The expected sequel which comes in two parts. The first opus is released on May 31, 2023. The trailer reveals several pleasant animation styles.
Spiderman: New Generation won the Oscar for Best Animated Film in 2019. A great success for an animation studio that knew how to take risks with a licked animation and a well-conducted story where each iteration of spiderman was well used. Miles Morales has proven to be a real refresher in the world of Marvel heroes and a great substitute for Peter Parker.
What about this sequel?
The film Spider-Man: Across the Multiverse launches on May 31, 2023. Phil Lord and Christopher Miller are still at the helm of this new story. The theme of the Multiverse is again at the center of attention since the film is called Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse. This sequel will embrace even more this subject so precious for any comic book fan who respects himself. And unlike live-action movies, there’s no limit in an animated world. We find a Miles Morales with a few years more but who seems to struggle to juggle between his two identities.
A problem common to all costume wearers. He finds his favorite partner, Gwen Stacy, who will take him to meet an army of spider-heroes led with an iron fist by Spider-Man 2099 aka Miguel O’Hara (he is not a descendant of Peter, but he became known in the 2099 universe).
