Sea of Thieves, the pirate action adventure multiplayer game, is now available exclusively for Windows 10 on PC and Xbox One.
For those who do not particularly want to buy the game without really knowing if they could like it, remember on this occasion that Sea of Thieves is accessible via Xbox Game Pass. It is therefore for 9.99 euros and at no additional cost, that you could play it (as well as other exclusives).
Rare's game is also Xbox Play Anywhere, meaning that if the game is purchased once on Xbox One (physical or digital) or on PC, you can play it on the other medium at no cost (so two in total): on the PC for those who have purchased the game on Xbox and on Xbox for PC players.
Sea of Thieves is also cross-play, all players can interact with each other regardless of the starting platform. It's a way to form a single community, namely the Windows 10 community.
Sea of Thieves has been built entirely with the gaming community from the slew of alpha tests, to closed betas and scale tests. To celebrate the launch of the game, events are planned all over the world: in the Microsoft Store in New York and Sydney, a live stream of The Voyage in the United Kingdom… In fact, there will even be the Golden Bananas Quest to do to win unique prizes. Bundles celebrate the release of the multi game with: a new console and a custom controller with the image of the game, an Xbox One S pack with the game in download code and a one-month trial at Xbox Live and Xbox Game Pass. On the other hand, any purchase of an Xbox One X until April 1st will automatically give access to a digital copy of the game.
The Rare team will continue to work with the gaming community to enhance the gaming experience. The developers also insist on the importance of exchanging, reporting bugs, making comments and especially keeping the link between the two.
Sea of Thieves is available for €69.99 or Xbox Game Pass subscription price ($9.99)
