Two new posters have been unveiled to tease the arrival of The Incredibles 2, as composer Michael Giacchino begins work on the film's soundtrack.

What beautiful things about The Incredibles 2, the most anticipated Disney-Pixar of the year 2018 ! If we had already had a tiny glimpse of this sequel a few months ago in a mini-teaser, here we are even more moved by these two posters: they can clearly boast of being simple but effective. The first poster acts as a reminder that The Incredibles is not a superhero movie, but nothing more than a movie telling the story of a family whose members turn out to be superheroes. A life mixing great powers and great chores. The second announces more simply the return of Edna Mode, the costume stylist of our heroes.

More good news: the music of the film is finally in preparation! Michael Giacchino, who was already composer of the music of the first Incredibles but also other Disney-Pixar like Up or Coco, announced this Monday, February 12 on Twitter that he began recording the soundtrack with at his side the director of the film, Brad Bird.

As a reminder, The Incredibles 2 should resume just minutes after the end of the first film, ensuring that no jump in time can confuse fans of this animated film. However, this time we should focus a little more on the character of Helen Parr, aka Elastigirl, voiced by Holly Hunter, while her husband Bob Parr, aka Mr. Indestructible, voiced by Craig T. Nelson, will wear the hat of stay-at-home father. In dubbing, we will also be able to find the voices of Samuel L. Jackson, Sarah Vowell, Bob Odenkirk, Catherine Keener, Isabelle Rossellini, Sophia Bush and Brad Bird himself.

The Incredibles 2 will not be released in France until July 4, 2018, more than two weeks after its release in the United States. A trailer is expected for this week, stay tuned!
