Joaquin Phoenix scared New York City residents on September 22 during a shooting scene for The Joker on the Bronx subway.
A new look for the 43-year-old actor: green hair and classic clown makeup. He also wears his eternal three-piece suit, burgundy this time. It is a scene of revolt and we can see in the photos that he is holding a clown mask.
It is not yet known what the bias of the realization will be. The photos mark a break with the character of Jared Leto. However, we can observe that this joker is closest to the character of Heath Ledger in Batman: The Dark Knight by his makeup and hair. However, it is observed that it no longer wears anything purple while it is its predominant color.

His disfigurement drives him crazy. Billed as the complete antithesis of the Batman character, the Joker has been repeatedly analyzed by critics as the perfect adversary for the superhero.
Todd Philipps himself unveiled the pictures of the Joker and explained: "That's the problem. We find paparazzi everywhere on our sets, on every street corner. And it tires me that they constantly leak bad clichés. So, I said to myself: I might as well bring out good ones myself."
The cast includes Zazie Beetz, Robert de Niro and many others. The release is scheduled for October 4, 2019.
