In a galaxy far away, the war between humans and alien invaders has been raging for 50 years… The inhabitants of the kingdom of Industria are overwhelmed by enemies too powerful for them. Astro is one of those war orphans who live from day to day: with his meagre salary, he supports a whole group of children without parents. They formed a new family, united in the face of poverty.

His dreams of wealth come true when Barrage, prince of the kingdom, appears before him. The two boys look like two drops of water! The young nobleman takes advantage of this extraordinary coincidence to escape his role as prince and force Astro to take his place… Will the former commoner be able to adopt his new identity while protecting his family in a kingdom at war? (Ki-oon)

Kōhei HORIKOSHI may break through at the moment with his flagship title My Hero Academia, he has made two titles before that. The first Crazy Zoo, completed in 5 volumes is available at Delcourt Tonkam since 2014 in France. The second, Barrage, is a series concluded in two volumes, which will arrive in January 2019 at Ki-oon.

On the program of Barrage, a Space Opera like no other, in which Kōhei HORIKOSHI offers us an offbeat universe of which he has the secret. He adapts Mark Twain's work "The Prince and the Pauper", retracing the story of a nobleman who shirks his responsibilities by proposing to a person of the common people resembling him like two drops of water to swap their place for a while.
