Elephanz invites Liv Del Estal for the tenth anniversary of Time for a change, the hit that made the two Verleysen brothers famous. To celebrate the 10th anniversary of the song that made them known, the two brothers of ELEPHANZ decided to release a new version of the title. They meet in the studio with their friend and producer Luc Blanchot (Temper, Bruit, Big Flo & Oli) and singer Liv Del Estal and record this rework of their flagship title. The result is a nice mix of original energy, a disco breath and the freshness of Liv's voice. Elephanz once again raises the mood with their ultra afficacious electro pop. In a catchy pop style sprinkled with electro, the Bretons manage the feat of being as effective in English and in the only title in French. The music video was directed by Jon Verleysen. So it's simply Elephanz by Elephanz. Shot in the middle of a heat wave at the mythical Studio Ferber with Martin Tames behind the drums and Luc Blanchot on bass, the clip shows us the two brothers more complicit and inseparable than ever, with the bonus of the sublime Liv Del Estal. Elephanz and Liv Del Estal celebrate ten years of the hit Time For A Change More than a stroll on the A11 motorway linking Paris to Nantes in the contemporary comfort of a metallic grey Volvo S60, Time for a Change evokes these physical, essential and life-saving journeys, which the two Elephanz have not yet had the opportunity to achieve, This possibility of giving legitimacy to the smile and a hope not always placed at the center of debates by the actors of the French pop scene. Maxime, the younger of the two brothers, explains: "Time for a Change allows us to transcribe a certain need for naivety, a way of getting rid of the ambient cynicism, until this almost theatrical left/right confrontation ." No politics or social positioning for Elephanz, but pop, in the noblest sense of the word.
