Released on March 4, CHAOS HARMONIA: L'odyssée is the third EP by Jeunesaint. A poetic project where love stories slide on prods, and which is in line with his previous EPs. On this occasion, JustFocus exchanged with the artist: "They know that I can die for them / They can try but never surpass you fuck the mistakes of the past." These are the first words of Jeunesaint in the Intro of his previous EP AZUREA: L'issue, released in 2021. On the cover of the project, we can see two lovers sitting, in front of a sky with various shades of blue. The woman keeps her wings close to her, wings that unfold on the cover of the third EP CHAOS HARMONIA: The odyssey. The two lovers are in a more oppressive atmosphere. A sword hangs over the couple, perhaps referring to the sword of Damocles. In the Intro Jeunesaint spouts these words: "To go away with her because she wanders in my head / I need an umbrella because it rains in paradise". Throughout the project, Jeunesaint confronts the painful feelings that love provokes. Between questioning and attraction, the artist lets go of the thoughts that fill his heart, as in Babymama : "Babymama I'm in evil / you were my muse yeah / No more vibe when you move away." A feeling that is even more persistent in Deux Ex Machina, before taking a more introspective turn in STORY. The EP ends with a featuring with Cloé Mailly on Dolce Agonia, leaving us on an almost fantastic note, closing the story of the two lovers: " It will never be like before" even if a hope seems to persist in the heart of Jeunesaint.

Jeunesaint explains his vision of love

Love is a major theme for Jeunesaint. He tells us about his representation of this feeling: "Love is what allows us to endure the chaos of life. It makes us feel the most extreme emotions, but it is these emotions that allow us to know ourselves: without love we do not really know ourselves. I'm not necessarily talking about carnal love, but about unconditional love, like the one my parents give me, for example." As for his artistic choices, he explains: "My first project is called Nereids because I talk about love for women and I make a representation of it. Nereids are mermaids that can both help sailors or harm them. Love works the same way. With each project, Jeunesaint pays great attention to nuances: "The second EP is called Azurea and not Azure, because there is a shade of blue: it is as nuanced as love.As for the EP Chaos Harmonia, it presents another form of atmosphere: love can lead us as well towards disorder as towards symbiosis. He adds about his latest project: "This EP transcribes a life experience, it's an existential message. That's why it has a thought-provoking title, like the two previous EPs. People can relate to it. He concludes with his vision of life: "From order is born chaos, and from chaos is born harmony. Our lives, our relationships, our passions, our disappointments, our victories… Everything that makes us living things works in cycles… But there is always a way out.It is because we know defeat that we really know victory"
