Her dismissal from NCIS New Orleans did not have time to sadden Zoe McLellan. She joined the cast of season 2 of Designated Survivor.

For reasons that have yet to be clarified, Zoe McLellan left NCIS New Orleans in a hurry. It is rumored that an artistic dispute would have opposed him to Scott Bakula, star star of the series. Rumors are rife but they do not prevent Zoe McLellan from bouncing back professionally.

The announcement of his departure from the police series was overshadowed by that of his integration into the cast of season 2 of Designated Survivor

Bought by Netflix, Designated Survivor is beautifully led by Kiefer Sutherland who plays the president of the United States designated following a terrible attack on the Capitol. The cast, already good, has been enriched for the second season with the arrival of Paulo Costanzo (Royal Pains) and Ben Lawson (The Deep End), respectively the new political director of the White House and an MI6 agent.

Accustomed to the small screen, Zoé McLellan should have no trouble integrating into the cast of Designated Survivor. She will play Kendra Daynes, a brilliant lawyer who will serve as a White House adviser.

The detractors of Tom Kirkman aka Kiefer Sutherland just have to behave! The beautiful forty-year-old seems determined to camp her new functions with talent.

Patience will be required before we can discover Zoe McLellan in her new role. ABC has not yet announced a broadcast date for season 2 of Designated Survivor.
