The American actor could indeed find himself a member of the Star Wars franchise!
As he prepares for his first project behind the camera, Woody Harrelson is reportedly in negotiations to join the already rich cast of the spin-off on space smuggler Han Solo! He could indeed play the role of his mentor, a role that would be entrusted to him with his eyes closed after seeing him play Haymitch, Katniss' advisor, in the Hunger Games saga. He would find himself alongside Alden Ehrenreich (Han Solo), Donald Glover (Lando Calrissian) and Emilia Clarke.
While we recently learned that this spin-off on Han Solo was going to be pushed back several months compared to its initial release date, unfortunately we do not know much about this famous film. Rumors are already talking about the appearance of the Millennium Falcon, Solo and Chewbacca's famous ship, and perhaps even the discovery of how Lando gave in to him.
Woody Harrelson is not yet confirmed in the cast, but we remain hopeful! This spin-off will be the fourth Star Wars production since the acquisition of Lucasfilm by Disney studios and is therefore scheduled for the moment for December 13, 2018.
