Warning SPOILERS season 2 ***
While the season is in full swing among superheroes, especially those in the CW, it could well be that Zoom's identity was revealed in the last episode aired of The Flash. But when is it really?
To put it in context, Zoom is the super villain of this season 2 of The Flash. It appeared after our little gang tried to defeat the Reverse-Flash (by the way, it once again did not turn out as planned). This one is now "the fastest man alive" since our good Barry does not reach his ankle -even running very very fast!
But back to the serious stuff! This week, we learned that Jay Garrick, having lost "his speed" to Zoom was now dying!! Catelyn wanted to find her double on Earth-1 (understand our Earth, not the one where Jay and Zoom came from, which is Earth-2) to allow him, via a transfusion, to survive and has, at the same time, discovered that it is none other than Hunter Solomon! Hunter Salomon who for regular comic book readers, is none other than the third incarnation of the Reverse-Flash !! But also, and this is the most important, Zoom of Earth-2! (which would mean that actually Jay Garrick and Zoom come from the same planet, maybe twin brothers etc… -it can last a long time-). And that's it for the short version because the long version is much more complicated -and if it interests you, I invite you to hang out on the specialized forums or read the comics- Did The creative team of The Flash want to make a nod to the comics or start laying the foundations for this second part of the season? Nothing is certain as the writers of the series like twists and sometimes also add novelties in a scenario already very complicated for neophytes. Anyway, we will probably have the answer to this question very quickly so stay focused!
