On February 20, Blanka will complete season 3 and enrich the Street Fighter V: arcade edition!

There are 29 characters who will be present in the arcade edition. And Blanka is one of the oldies of the old since we see him for the first time in Street Fighter with Street Fighter II. Blanka is a survivor of a plane crash in the Amazon rainforest. He managed on his own by fighting wild animals and developing survival skills. Upon returning to civilization, he meets Dan and Sakura, with whom he will build a solid friendship. Samantha, his mother, finds him thanks to a TV show and brings him back to his family.

In Street Fighter V: arcade edition, Blanka lives peacefully with her mother and has properly acclimatized to the return to civilization. Then one day, a strange businessman contacts him with the aim of making him a star and marketing a doll in his image.

Blanka has an animal, wild style. He gives formidable claws and constantly puts pressure on his enemies. But that's without counting its iconic electric attack: it emits lightning all around its body. Blanka can also provide cannonball attacks, ideal for varying approaches and inflicting final combo hits.

Question novelties, Blanka has a hold called "Wild Hunt": he jumps forward and lacerates his enemy before swinging him from a distance.

    Blanka's attacks

    V-Skill: Coward Crouch

Blanka glues herself to the ground for protection for a brief period before getting up. His V-Skill allows him to avoid many attacks, including fireballs. After doing Coward Crouch, Blanka can follow up with Wild Lift or Raid Jump. Wild Lift sends the enemy into the air and allows you to follow up with a normal, special, or even Critical Art. Using Raid Jump, Blanka jumps rushed into the air and can then use any air attack.

    V-Trigger I: Jungle Dynamo

Blanka's V-Trigger I gives more damage to her special ball attacks. He also intensifies his electric Thunder and changes the animation so that Blanka moves forward while discharging the electric current rather than staying put. If he hits, the enemy is propelled slightly into the air, Blanka can then go on the offensive with a ball attack.

    V-Trigger II: Lightning Beast

Lightning Beast unlocks a special move, the Rolling Cannon (Direction + HP + HK), which can be performed after using Rolling Attack, Back Step Rolling or Vertical Rolling. Rolling Cannon can be used in several ways: extend a combo, change position to take an opponent as a traitor…

    Critical Art: Dynamic Rolling

Blanka throws her opponent to the ground and throws a series of electric air attacks that end in a single move, reminiscent of the Lightning Cannonball from Street Fighter IV.
