Urban Comics has just announced the spring 2021 releases. The program is very rich since we find some titles of Joe Hill, original stories for the Urban Kids label or even some very singular types for the universe of Batman. 

Joe Hill at Urban Comics

For those who do not know him, he is one of Stephen King's sons. He is also a reference in the field of horror and fantasy. Basketful of Heads is the first track to be released by Urban on April 2.  Here is the synopsis: While she was supposed to live a quiet moment at the sea, everything goes wrong for June Branch. A quartet of criminals arrive to kidnap their friend Liam. She stumbles upon trying to flee on a Viking axe with special abilities. The second title is called Plunge. It will be in bookstores on May 28. We find on this album at his side, the cartoonist Stuart Immonen, a real reference in the world of comics. Batman Arkam / Batman Mythology

It will be interesting to see how the subject will be handled. The relationship between DC's greatest human hero and his civilian identity.  

Urban Kid and Urban Link

Bully Wars is a new creation by Skottie Young and illustrated by Aaaron Conley. Spencer, Edith, Ernie have long suffered from bullying. They're about to enter high school, and the cards are about to be reshuffled. Rufus, their appointed tyrant, sees his supremacy challenged in a whole new universe. Urban Link focuses on graphic novels. We find in this label stories that talk about the subjects of our time in relation to society.
