    "Pirate's life."

Dead Men Tell No Tales is attracting more and more viewers' attention with new and more attractive images. Aesthetically closer at first glance to the first three films than the fourth installment which had been a disappointment for most fans, the film is well enough on its way to reconciling the saga with its audience. On February 6, during the Super Bowl, new images were released at halftime for our greatest pleasure, four months after the first trailer !

So much happiness in this trailer! For example, we find a Captain Barbossa (Geoffrey Rush) totally revamped, far from the dirty pirate clothes and hair that we knew him, and who would apparently have joined the ranks of civilization and law. We can also get a first glimpse of Will Turner (Orlando Bloom), ten years old (!) after Pirates of the Caribbean: Until the End of the World where he became captain of the Flying Dutchman. Finally, we discover for the first time since the launch of the promotion of the film an image of Jack Sparrow, where we can see a Johnny Depp who seems (finally) in his rightful place in his two-penny pirate costume.

Salazar's Revenge, the fifth installment of the saga, will focus on the quest for a legendary artifact: Poseidon's Trident. Jack Sparrow will have to find him to escape Captain Salazar and his ghosts eager for pirate blood…

Pirates of the Caribbean: Salazar's Revenge will be released on May 24 in French cinemas, a few days before our comrades across the Atlantic who will only have access to it on May 30. In the meantime, you can enjoy the trailer as well as the official poster revealed at the time of the Super Bowl!
