2K unveils the cover of its NBA 2K17 and highlights Indiana Pacers All-Star guard Paul George.
Paul George appears for the first time alone on the cover of an NBA 2K game. He made his comeback on the court, averaging a career-best 23.1 points per game during the 2015-16 NBA season.
"For as long as I can remember, I've always played NBA 2K, and having the honor of being the athlete on the cover of NBA 2K17 is a blessing and a mark of confidence that proves that my work on and off the court has paid off," said Paul George, who propelled his team to the NBA playoffs in 2015-16. "I'm thrilled to be associated with 2K and hope to help take the franchise to the next level."
Paul George is known to be one of the most passionate NBA 2K players. He has strong ties to the 2K franchise: he was the sportsman on the cover of the MyNBA2K16 Companion app, but also guest commentator of the NBA 2K16 Road to the Finals championship ($250,000 prizes) which took place on June 1st. Paul George will also be featured for NBA 2K Online in China.
