The Star Wars universe, which accumulates millions of fans worldwide, should soon have the right to two new series on the Disney + platform according to Variety.
A series "centered on women"
A female series is set to appear with Leslye Headland as director and writer. We know her as co-creator of the series Russian Doll broadcast on Netflix. In a period other than that of the prequel of Rogue One or the famous show The Mandolarian, which since its release on Disney + has been much talked about. For now, no confirmation from Disney. Details are still unclear and the cast has not been revealed. But we can easily imagine a series centered on Ahsoka Tano, whose actress was recently revealed for season 2 of The Mandalorian. Or maybe it will be a brand new character in an uncharted era.
A prequel series of Rogue One
As we announced, a prequel to the movie Rogue One has been confirmed by Diego Luna, actor playing Cassian Andor. The film itself being a spin-off, a series devoted to previous events may seem surprising. However, we are curious to see what this series has in store for us. 
A season 3 of The Mandalorian already planned
In the continuation of the good news, Disney + would also have ordered a season 3 for The Mandalorian still according to Variety. While the episodes of season 1 are broadcast on the platform at the rate of one episode per week, season 2 should be launched in autumn. A season 3 is not so surprising given the enthusiasm that fans have for the series (and especially Baby Yoda). We can say that the Star Wars universe is not about to fade, on the contrary, it seems at its peak.
