The Orange platform broadcasts the first images of a series less famous than House of Dragon or the Lord of the Rings: The Rings of Power. This is His Dark Materials season 3, the adaptation of the literary saga written by Phillip Pullman Another exclusivity because of the agreement between Orange and the HBO channel that allows them to have many pearls in their catalog. 8 episodes for a third season that resumes the events of the last volume, "The Amber Mirror". In addition to the quality of the basic work, the casting is a strong argument to convince you to take a close look at this series. Dafne Keen, stunning as X-23 in Logan is the heroine of the series. She is a jewel of the new generation and gives us a fair interpretation of a young teenager struggling with an unforgiving world. At his side, we find the brilliant Ruth Wilson who we discovered in Luther or The Affair. She is particularly formidable and superior to Nicole Kidman who played the same role in the film version a few years earlier. James McAvoy is also back with Amir Wilson and Lin-Manuel Miranda, particularly effective. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=od_2bKtA2hs Synopsis of His Dark materials: Lyra, the child of prophecy, and Will, bearer of the Subtle Dagger, embark on an adventure full of dangers. Return is not assured given the magnitude of the task. Asriel, his father, continues his fight against authority. Our two heroes, as we can see in the trailer, are going to face the consequences of a terrible war.  The series arrives on December 6 on OCS the day after its American broadcast. An appreciable effort that should push fans of the series not to go through piracy. The action should be at the rendezvous in this new salvo of episodes. We just hope that given the density of the last volume, that the creative teams of the series will know how to adapt with discernment the most important elements in order to keep the epic breath of a quality saga.
