Hyphen HyphenLike Boys

Two years after winning the Revelation Scene prize at the Victoires de la Musique, Hyphen Hyphen is back with a new title: Like Boys. Meanwhile, the quartet became a trio following the departure of drummer Zac. Still as effective as before, the Nice group delivers an electric and intoxicating piece with an edgy clip that makes you want to dance even more than its previous hits. Hyphen Hyphen will be performing at many festivals this summer, including the Parisian festival Chorus on April 7. But in the fall, the band will begin its own tour throughout the France which will pass through the prestigious stage of the Olympia on October 12. An appointment not to be missed! (See here)

The KillsList of Demands

We remember their energetic performance at Rock En Seine last August, the rock duo The Kills is already back where we did not necessarily expect them! With this revisited cover of Saul Williams' List of Demands and its heady beat very well represented in the clip, Alison Mosshart and Jamie Hince still seduce as much. Quieter but still friendly, the B-Side Steppin' Razor is this time a cover of Peter Tosh. In any case, this unpredictable return is very pleasant and makes you want to see the duo again in France very quickly! (See here)

OCEANIC MEMORYShe Cries

And everytime she screams… Oceanic Memory is a small band from Montpellier. However, far from being beginners, they deliver psychedelic rock with a worked and hypnotizing atmospheric atmosphere . The latest born She Cries is the perfect proof. The strong ending of the title is a real journey into the ocean depths with a steep fall of the most effective. Stop what you're doing and let yourself be immersed in the sweet melodies of the song and the pretty images of the clip. Oceanic Memory will be presented at the Les Déferlantes festival next July. God Is An AstronautEpitaph

The post-rock band unveils the first single from its album Epitaph, which will be released on April 27. Having become a reference in style, the Irish deliver music that is always quite dark and atmospheric. Epitaph is no exception, and we can't wait to hear the rest! (See here)

STICK TO YOUR GUNSThe Reach For Me: "Forgiveness of Self"

New clip alert launched! Great castle with chandeliers and irreproachable symmetry, silhouettes dressed in pearly white sheets, blood. Handcuffs. Lashes. in a glass cage… The visual imagery of this clip is a soft contrast of violence and cleanliness. Knowing the words makes it possible to understand that the castle represents the human, who visits his interior as one visits his memory. This human in question finds himself facing his vices and evil deeds. (See here)

ALMAChit Chat ft. Kiiara

In a loop. In a loop. In a loop. The emerging pop artist has just unveiled Chit Chat, who forms part of his first mixtape Heavy Rules with the participation of MØ, Tove Styrke and this time Kiiara. The song is a perfect recipe for success: electronic beats that vibrate the body with energy and an extremely catchy chorus. We still have to count the minutes for Alma to become an international pop star. (See here)

Mytron & Ofofo Cumbala Hill Chalet (LYO#004)

The Parisian label Les Yeux Oranges (LYO) is adding a tasty catalogue. First born as a Soundcloud platform, this collective of collectors and DJs turned into a label in 2015 and has multiplied since the appearances in Europe. Mytron & Ofofo have just a 5-track EP (named Topography) teeming with diversity and influences. On the track Cumbala Hill Chalet, they give a glimpse of disco-funk mixed with catchy electro, ideal for "prewarm-up" evening.

The NeighbourhoodNervous

The Neighbourhood doesn't stop anymore. After having already released two EPs (Hard and To Imagine) since last September, the Californian band will release on March 9 a third eponymous album. Nervous is the second single from the album, and already introduces a cleaner sound and a more natural voice. Difficult to make his choice in the immensity of the recent production of the group – if we also count the solo album of Jesse Rutherford – so we hope that the album will be an interesting synthesis of the new more electro sound of the group.(See here)
