Their main mission: to capture and manage subjects carrying the transmissible virus as well as subjects already affected.Among them is Akaba Shinsuke, a young man lacking motivation, leading a dull life, without much interest. Humans VS. Zombies

vlcsnap-2014-11-14-01h32m25s71It's been sixteen years since the first zombies appeared on Earth. If the introductory speech can bring a smile, we are far from suspecting the turn of events to come.Indeed, when you meet Shinsuke who works in the special division (responsible for catching zombies), you have the archetype of the anti-hero in your face…We are not at the end of our troubles, since just the first capture of a zombie is a big fit of laughter guaranteed! But, above all, what interests us is how the "human-zombie" cohabitation happens. We must admit that zombies are not scary, they are slow and easy to capture. This is what they want us to believe at the beginning because, halfway through the drama, we discover that this theory is wrong (the virus has mutated into a new strain) because a new type of zombie appears.Although the story seems to flounder at times and be a little repetitive, we enjoy following the protagonists and seeing them evolve.

Between humor and seriousness

vlcsnap-2014-11-14-01h30m49s134A drama that is aimed at a wide audience by its humor and otaku references (Rin as an idol is worth seeing), for those who do not like zombies it will allow them to play down their demons! Moreover, if the humor is very present and wants to be light, the sequence of events (the new virus) will make take a more serious turn to the plot. When our hero learns that his brother-in-law has been contaminated, his only hope remains his childhood friend (Kenji) and he decides to redouble his efforts in his hunt for zombies going so far as to surpass himself to capture Bolt (nickname of the zombie running very fast). But he is not the only one to question himself. All anti-zombie members will have to do the same; Rin will have to face his past with the arrival of an old acquaintance, Kenji will have to redouble his efforts to find a vaccine. It's a whole system that will be turned upside down with this new postman and the mystery hovering around Commissioner Machida and his relationship with Oomori the boss of Shinsuke. As for the end, although it remains open it remains faithful to the series which wants to be light but, not too much!

A drama oscillating between humor and seriousness, filled with zombies and which has the merit of uninhibiting the horror side!
