Ubisoft has just updated For Honor with season 3 "Grudge and glory" which is available on PS4, Xbox One and PC.

Season 2 ended recently, and we're already starting again with a season 3! Called "Grudge and glory", it marks the most important content update since the release of For Honor (by the way, we invite you to read our review to learn more).

First of all, we find as for season 2 the addition of two new characters. The Vikings will see their ranks strengthened with the Highlander, a hybrid class that easily juggles between a defensive style based on counter-attacks and an offensive form that is much more impactful, but that will prevent you from parrying.

The knights will welcome the Gladiator, a class of assassins armed with a trident and a shield. They can stun their opponent with a punch, and are equipped with light armor that makes their movements much easier.

You can also discover two new maps: the lookout and the Viking village. Both of these deadly environments will require you to pay constant attention to your surroundings.

From now on, you will be able to participate in 1 vs 1 duel tournaments. This new competitive game mode will allow you to aim for higher ranks in For Honor that will reset each season. Exclusive rewards are also to be unlocked in tournaments.

The possibilities of evolution of your character are also more numerous. Indeed, a new rank of legendary equipment will allow you to increase your equipment index from 144 to 180. In addition, your character reputation rank can now increase from 30 to 40. Did you think it was long? Well, it's even worse.

Season 3 " Grudge and glory" is now available. The next season will expand the game again in November. For Honor should also offer dedicated servers soon.
