Point & click lovers can rejoice, the game Yesterday Origins confirms its arrival on Nintendo for May 31, 2018!
After a foray in 2016 on PS4, X Box One, PC and Mac, Pendulo Studio's game will arrive on Nintendo's hybrid console before the end of spring! Known in the video-game world for making point & click of good quality, such as the Runaway saga, they partner with the publisher Microïds to release their game in physical and dematerialized version.
It all began in the fifteenth century, when the young John Yesterday was imprisoned for witchcraft by the Spanish Inquisition. After escaping, he undergoes an alchemical ritual making him immortal. But this one does not go as planned and at each of his resurrections, John loses his memory and keeps only flashes of his previous lives. In the modern era, John lives peacefully in Paris with his partner Pauline. She is also endowed with the power of immortality but unlike John, she keeps all the memories of her past life. Together, they will try to solve the mysteries of the past and try to replicate the ritual so that John can keep all his memories. Nevertheless, they are not the only ones pursuing this quest…
In addition to Yesterday Origins, the year 2018 will be rich in novelties for Pendulo Studios who are working on an adventure video game featuring the famous private detective John Blacksad in an unprecedented investigation.In 2019, the studio will also release a narrative game loosely inspired by Alfred Hitchcock's masterpiece Vertigo .
