Tom Clancy's Ghost Recon Wildlands "New Assignment" update is available for free on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC.

This update adds three new classes to the Ghost War PvP game mode, bringing the number of additional classes to 6. These new classes, available in all PvP modes, are:

    • Engineer: an experienced shooter equipped with a semi-automatic sniper capable of spotting enemies on the ground and deploying stun gas in order to stun his opponents,
    • Guerrilla: a support class specialized in diversionary techniques thanks to a drone equipped with a smoke grenade launcher,
    • Tracker: A sniper who specializes in stealth kills thanks to her special skills.

The wide variety of different classes allows you to set up different tactics in order to best manage the different battles of Ghost War.

Two new maps appear with "New Assignment": "Refinery" and "Cliff". Two cards only available in Extract mode. Some player feedback , on both PvP and PvE modes has also been processed. A new card voting system is set up to allow you to choose your place of confrontation among 3 proposed cards. The choice of map will be made before the launch of each fast or competitive PvP game and each map will offer a different game mode.

If you are in possession of the Season Pass or Ghost War Pass the three new classes will be offered to you 7 days in advance, otherwise you can get these classes with credits or by purchasing them via the in-game store. These classes will close the PvP content included in the Season Pass and Ghost War Pass.

Nouredine Abboud, Senior Producer explains: "We want to thank the players for their continued support and feedback during this first year.We still have a lot of new content planned and we look forward to sharing more information with players."
