The audience of the Mondial du Tattoo was completely seduced by Theo Lawrence and The Hearts during their small concert on Sunday 5 March afternoon. A great moment of good humor!
The heart of the Grande Halle had been deserted after the announcement of the winners of the best backstroke or integral. But attracted by the music, visitors gradually let themselves be carried away by the chords of this young band of musicians.
Theo Lawrence and his four acolytes had a blast. They arrive on stage in a determined way, without really knowing what the reception will be. The audience then redirected to the different aisles, but gradually returned to the stage hearing the sound of Theo Lawrence And The Hearts.
Very quickly, they send Sticky Icky and those who did not know what to expect spontaneously start moving. Elegance, even grace and a slight disarming nonchalance. The titles flow as an obvious and we are completely caught up in their live!
It's a beautiful generational mix in the pit that grooves in unison with the band. On stage, the songs follow one another – those of the EP and their first single Heaven To Me …

… But also new ones that we hope to hear soon on a first album that we are waiting impatiently.
Among them, a slow languorous and romantic at will that we could savor with the few shy rays of sunshine of this Sunday afternoon. The smiles are then on all faces and the front of the stage is now full.
Concentrated, the band continues to string together titles and the concert ends much faster than we thought; 45 min goes by quickly when it's in good company. Timidly, they recall their name and thank the Mondial du Tattoo for inviting them. They leave the stage to applause and sincere enthusiasm from the audience.
In the aisles, people who couldn't attend the concert ask who this band that sounded so good was. They regret not having been able to see them (immobilized under a tattoo needle for example), but really enjoyed their music. So we do not hesitate to spread the good word and repeat their name in the hollow of the ear: it is Theo Lawrence And The Hearts!
