The American channel AMC has just officially announced the order of a second season for Preacher, its new series created by Seth Rogen, Evan Goldberg and Sam Catlin.
The Preacher series broadcast on the AMC channel in the United States since last May will be entitled to new adventures. Indeed, the series worn by Dominic Cooper (Agent Carter) has been renewed for a season 2. This renewal comes quite early, because the broadcast of the first season (10 episodes) is still ongoing.This second season, which should arrive next year, will consist of 13 episodes. For now, no other information has been given about the plot of this season 2.
As a reminder, the Preacher series follows the adventures of Jesse Custer, a priest from a small town in Texas. He finds himself possessed by one of the most powerful creatures in the universe, described between half-angel and half-demon.
For those who are up to date in the series Preacher, episode 06 of season 1 will be broadcast this Sunday, July 03 on AMC.
