UFO(s) is a creation of Clémence Dargent and Martin Douaire, worn by Melvil Poupaud, Michel Vuillermoz and Géraldine Pailhas.The story takes place in the 1970s and follows the adventures of GEIPAN (Group for Studies and Information on Unidentified Aerospace Phenomena), a service of CNES (National Center for Space Studies), which will investigate a strange and unexpected case.
UFO(s): a comic, nostalgic and precise SF series
UFO(s) is a comic science fiction series, sweet / bitter, nostalgic and above all extremely precise. Somewhere between the cinema of Quentin Dupieux and that of Steven Spielberg, the show is a unique work, lunar, as we rarely see. The great precision of the situations, characters, scenery are breathtaking. During an interview for Just Focus, Michel Vuillermoze (Marcel Bénes) explained what attracted him to play in the series: " What seduced me was the originality of the subject and that it was above all very well written. Very well dialogued. There was also a real suspense from one episode to another… Michel Vuillermoz. 
The show breathes the 1970s, by its costumes, sets, atmospheres, dialogues, and some details that only connoisseurs of this time will notice! The creators of the series, Clémence Dargent and Martin Douaire, left nothing to chance. In particular the soundtrack, modern electro which nevertheless fits perfectly with the 1970s.
