On the occasion of Victoria Day, the PBS channel, which broadcasts the series in the United States, unveiled a first trailer for the second season of the series.
This very first excerpt shows the famous Queen (Jenna Coleman) and her husband, Prince Albert (Tom Hughes) during the christening of their first child, Princess Victoria Adelaide Mary Louisa. We find in the background, the beautiful song Victoria Gloriana:

The story will pick up six months after the events of the first season finale. We will follow Victoria, who will have to juggle her duties as monarch and her role as a mother. No official release date has yet been announced but it should not be long …
