Gatha, selected by Fair 2022, offers minutes of Inner Calm – MDCI with music. This is the challenge of his new single that announces his new EP to come later this year. Gatha imposes his melodic writing with MDCI, a title that marks a turn towards urban pop. At home, we enjoy pop, electro, dark and haunting music. A cello that resonates and splits the silence. Here is Gatha, whose name is Agathe, an artist who grew up in Bordeaux to the sounds of Bjork, Philip Glass or Erik Satie. 
A talented artist who has built herself over the years and who opened for Julien Doré, Asaf Avidian and La Grande Sophie. She presents us here Minutes of Calme Intérieur, which follows her previous Renaissance, her second EP produced by Tahiti Boy. With MDCI, change of register, therefore, Gatha has called on young musicians in tune with the times: we find her alongside the rapper Le vrai Michel and the director Valentin Marceau. The one who mixes, writes music to the image and collaborated with François and The Atlas Mountain, arrives after several years to a clever mix of pop, less innocent than we think and served by strong texts, and very mature. With this single, Gatha talks about the injunction to productivity that haunts artists, but also each of us, and invites us to free ourselves from the constant pressure and our need for performance.
