On the occasion of a partnership between Columbia and RTL2, we discovered a talent line-up on Tuesday, June 27 at the Flow barge. Back on a very nice evening…

NORD: classy French pop

Dressed in a nice suit, NORD delivered a set of 5 titles satisfying and full of humor. The singer is in his universe and stares at his audience while singing. With his lyrics only in French, he tells us " Tout va bien, ça fait du bien de le dire" before playing his most famous title, Elle vourait, on which he will ask us to do the backing vocals. Like it or not, NORD delivers quality French-language pop.

Malo': a little angel full of talent

With its handful of songs, Malo' was THE discovery of the evening!Overflowing with energy by jumping in all directions, he sang among others Let It Go, I Believed and La colline co-written with Jean-Louis Aubert, all from his album Be/Être released on June 23. Between keyboard and guitar, English and French, Malo' surprises especially with his voice, unique and attractive. Before leaving the stage, he thanked the audience for their warm welcome on a guitar solo.

Before the concert, we were able to interview Malo'. To be found very soon on Just Focus…

Beth Ditto: crazy humor and incredible energy

Ex-voice of Gossip, Beth Ditto is back solo. If she had already proven her talent with the band and on her album Fake Sugar released in June, this concert was the moment of confirmation. Spontaneous ("Can I have a drink please?"), hilarious ("I love the sound of my fans" by being near a fan/fan in English) and endearing (selfie with fans and CD signing in the middle of a concert), she invested the Flow stage as few succeed.

By performing her own singles such as Fire and Oo La La, she delighted the audience who finally let off steam on Heavy Cross, Gossip's hit that demonstrates the power of her voice. Beth Ditto is definitely the diva to follow this year, listening to her album at first but especially seeing her live, which can only honor her.

After a full Flow in April, the singer will be touring throughout the France in October.

Jain: late evening electric

With his many hits, including Come and Makeba, Jain was the ideal artist to end this evening. We jumped and danced to them but also to other titles like the catchy Mr Johnson, the rhythmic Heads Up and the groovy Dynabeat. With her varied inspirations, Jain has been the queen to set the mood throughout the France since she discovered the general public last year and she proves it at every concert. We can't wait to see her on her second album.

Concerts over, we leave the barge to enjoy the beauty of the surroundings of the Flow while waiting for the next Columbia Session…
