Shogi Meshi

Meals Shogi Player Loved p1 #Focus drama: these Japanese dramas not to be missed in August 2017! [1/3]We start with a small Live adaptation on the theme of Shogi (game close to chess). Nayuta Toge is a professional shogi player. His games last an average of ten hours. She also thinks carefully about what she will eat during the breaks of the game. His meal choices allow him to win.

Shogi Meshi is written by mangaka Nagisa Matsumoto. The story is currently in its second volume in Japan but is unfortunately not available here. But drama could be the perfect compromise for fans of brain sports or those who enjoyed March come from like a lion! Our professional player will be played by: Rio Uchida (Friends Games), supported by two handsome young men: Taikou Katoono (Mane no Tenshi) and Yu Inaba (Warau Manekineko). Will we have a love triangle or a simple sports competition? The answer can probably be found on the website of the broadcasting channel.

The Dream of Nepenthes p01 #Focus drama: these Japanese dramas not to be missed in August 2017! [1/3]It is in the disrupted daily life of a teenager that we continue. Mifuyu Saito is a high school student. Her mother suffers from a serious illness, so Mifuyu spends most of her time taking care of her mother and doing household chores. She doesn't think about her future. But one day, Mifuyu's mother dies. Soon after, his father brings his new wife to the house, which rejects Mifuyu. The girl leaves her childhood home and goes to her mother's cousin in Tokyo.

A classic and simple story but that will have its small effect. Mirai Shida (Rent-a-Rescue) will play the heroine along with: Matsu [EXILE], Kohta Yamato (Kinpika) and Shuhei Uesugi (Suna no Tou). Good news for J-Rock fans: SPYAIR takes care of the soundtrack! If Japanese family stories tempt you, we give you the two addresses where you can see the drama.

Ito kun A to E Japanese Drama p01 #Focus drama: these Japanese dramas not to be missed in August 2017! [1/3]We change channels with this drama which an adaptation where a woman in need of inspiration will find her voice. Rio Yazaki is a thirty-two-year-old screenwriter. It once enjoyed a certain popularity. In the past, she wrote the drama Tokyo Doll House. Since then, she has not written anything else. One day, she gives a lecture. At the end, she gives a questionnaire and according to the answers, four women from her audience date the same man. Rio decides to write a drama based on the love story of these women.

From a novel of the same name by Asako Yuzuki to whom we owe two other dramas (Nageki no Bijo and Lunch no Akko-chan) unpublished here. The screenwriter is none other than: Fumino Kimura (Boku, Unmei no Hito Desu), for the four women: Nozomi Sasaki (Chiisana Kyojin), Mirai Shida (also present in Utsubokazura no Yume), Elaiza Ikeda (ReLIFE) and Kaho (Dias Police: Ihou Keisatsu). A comedy where romance could well take a hit with a screenwriter ready to fight with his wives! For other details, we put you the trailer and the link of the two sites.
