#Focus drama: these Japanese dramas not to be missed in August 2017! [1/3]

Shogi Meshi is written by mangaka Nagisa Matsumoto. The story is currently in its second volume in Japan but is unfortunately not available here. But one day, Mifuyu's mother dies. Soon after, his father brings his new wife to the house, which rejects Mifuyu. The girl leaves her childhood home and goes to her mother's cousin in Tokyo.

A classic and simple story but that will have its small effect. Mirai Shida (Rent-a-Rescue) will play the heroine along with: Matsu [EXILE], Kohta Yamato (Kinpika) and Shuhei Uesugi (Suna no Tou). We change channels with this drama which an adaptation where a woman in need of inspiration will find her voice. Rio Yazaki is a thirty-two-year-old screenwriter. It once enjoyed a certain popularity. In the past, she wrote the drama Tokyo Doll House. Since then, she has not written anything else. One day, she gives a lecture. At the end, she gives a questionnaire and according to the answers, four women from her audience date the same man. Rio decides to write a drama based on the love story of these women.

From a novel of the same name by Asako Yuzuki to whom we owe two other dramas (Nageki no Bijo and Lunch no Akko-chan) unpublished here. The screenwriter is none other than: Fumino Kimura (Boku, Unmei no Hito Desu), for the four women: Nozomi Sasaki (Chiisana Kyojin), Mirai Shida (also present in Utsubokazura no Yume), Elaiza Ikeda (ReLIFE) and Kaho (Dias Police: Ihou Keisatsu). She then discovers that her breathing difficulties are caused by hypertension due to pregnancy. Dr. Mikoto Saijou starts working at the hospital on the condition that he will treat Moe.

Saijo no Meii is a manga by the duo Kenzo Irie and Takashi Hashiguchi (Yakitate!! Japan) not translated into France. The special episode here is actually a sequel to the drama released between 2010 and 2011, and another special released in 2016. It was in 2015 that Tetsuya Honda wrote the novel Purajyu (Beach), unavailable here. The man seems to have a hell of a possibility.
