In spring 2018, French director Jean-Pierre Améris will return to cinema with his latest feature film, Je vais mieux. The film, scheduled for release on May 30, follows the daily life of a man suffering from chronic back pain.
On the poster of Je vais mieux, we find Eric Elmosnino, Ary Abittan, Judith El Zein, Alice Pol or François Berléand. The first plays a man suffering from back pain, who is forced to question himself, his life, as well as his entourage, in his way to fight this evil at the origin of psychological reasons. The film, awarded a prize at the Liège Comedy Festival, is a chronicle of the life of an individual facing choices to be made.
Jean-Pierre Améris, the director, is known in particular for his tender and delicate film Les Émotifs Anonymes (2010), with Isabelle Carré and Benoit Poelvoorde, or Une Famille à Louer (2015) and Marie Heurtin (2014)
