A unique talent without layer
Pharrell Williams was not mistaken. Coming to NYU last summer, listening to a raw demo of the young Maggie Rogers, the latter fell from the clouds. Who is this young artist with incomparable music and raw emotion? The producer and singer recognized by his peers even goes so far as to compare Maggie Rogers to the mythical hip-hop group Wu Tang Clang, by the way his music does not resemble anything that has been done in the past.

A star that may continue to shine
With Alaska, Maggie Rogers is directly propelled into the musical bath. Pharrell Williams co-signed her and directed a music video for Alaska. If the latter is in every way unique in its kind, its music is a real slap of authenticity reminiscent of that of Lorde, whose youth and sincerity without lighthouse had shaken the world of music.
A first EP under the Capitol label is planned for the month of February at Capitol.
