The 2016 edition of the Pitchfork Music Festival created the event by launching the Avant-Garde of Pitchfork on October 25 and 26.
A traveling evening with 42 concerts on 7 Parisian venues: Café de la Danse, Badaboum , Pop-Up du Label , La Loge, Café de la Presse, Supersonic and Mécanique Ondulatoire.
A line-up of emerging artists to follow closely and among whom we were able to discover Connie Constance : one of our favorites of the Avant-Garde.

Originally from Watford, England, Connie Constance left her hometown at the age of 16 to join a dance school in London.
It is with the title Stars, produced by Blue Daisy, that she is revealed in broad daylight. Connie describes Stars as an expression of a need to escape, to escape reality. This title marks the first collaboration (of a long series we hope!) with Blue Daisy. They met in the evening and have been collaborating for 1 year and a half.
In 2015, she released 2 tracks on In The Grass EP including Stars.

In 2016, we find her in collaboration with the brand Clarks's Originals to promote their latest sneaker: the Trigenic Flex. From directing to choreography, Connie designed everything on this project. She dances to a soundtrack she made herself. Once again, we can only agree, she excels as much in dance as in song.

Nice discovery of the Avant-Garde
On October 25th, our team had the chance to see the young English girl live at the Pop-Up du Label. It was a real exchange with the public present at the rendezvous, full house, we could only be charming. The artist simply invited us into his universe, a pleasant journey. She ended the concert by coming off stage to appreciate with us the talent of her musicians.
Connie Constance is the revelation to follow closely.
