The end of newsagent magazines

X-Men teams fight against a media tyrant

From 4 July, Panini magazines will no longer be available at newsagents but in bookstores or in Hachette relays (in train stations). The journals also change their summary titles:

  • Marvel Legacy: Avengers 1, monthly of 112 pages with the crossover between the series Avengers and Champions but also Invincible Iron Man.
  • Marvel Legacy: Deadpool 1, monthly of 112 pages with Deadpool versus Cable Deadpool in duet with Spider-Man and the adventures of Cable solo.
  • Marvel Legacy: Spider-Man 1, monthly of 112 pages with the relaunch of the Spider-Man series but also the adventures of the spider heroes, Miles Morales and Ben Reilly.
  • Marvel Legacy: X-Men, monthly of 112 pages with the crossover between X-Men Gold and Blue but also Old Man Logan.
  • Star Wars Special Series 3, a monthly 120-page magazine that brings together limited series on Star Wars, Doctor Aphra and Darth Vader.

The other journals will arrive on July 11

  • Marvel Legacy: Marvel Epics 1, a 128-page bimonthly that brings together the cosmic part of the Marvel universe with Thanos and Guardians of the Galaxy.
  • Marvel Legacy: X-Men Extra 1, bimonthly 128 pages condensed from the other mutant series (WeaponX, Astonishing X-Men and Jean Grey).

  • All-New Thor 3, Marvel NOW!, 184 pages by Aaron, Epting, Dauterman. New Thor must confront Shi'ar deities as war between kingdoms continues
  • Darth Vader: The Dark Lord of the Sith 1, 100% Star Wars, 144 pages by Soule, Camuncoli, allows you to discover the adventures of the emblematic enemy of the saga just after Star Wars: Revenge of the Sith.
  • Iron Fist, The Complete 1976-77, Marvel Classic, 296 pages by Claremont and Byrne. These episodes imagined by the mythical duo of X-Men, Iron Fist continues its adventures in New York but also in its mythical city in Tibet.
  • World War Hulk, Marvel Events, 264 pages, by Pak, Romita Jr. Exiled in space, Hulk becomes the ruler of the planet Sakaar but the heroes of Earth are ready because the green giant wants to return.
  • Captain America: Steve Rogers 2, Marvel NOW!, 160 pages, by Spencer and Saiz. The last volume revealed that Steve Rogers is an agent of Hydra and now he seeks to take control of the United States.
  • Daredevil by Nocenti & Romita Jr. 1, Marvel Icons, 392 pages, here for the first time in bookstores the episodes of Ann Nocenti illustrated by John Romita Jr.
  • Spirits Of Vengeance, 120 pages at 100% Marvel by Gischler and Baldeon. An angel has been killed and the Ghost Rider then chooses a strange team (Blade, the vampire hunter, Satana and Hellstorm, the children of the devil) to find the murderer and avoid the return of the war between heaven and hell.
