The Festival Rock en Seine has announced the first names of the 2017 edition which will take place on August 25, 26 and 27 at the Domaine National de St Cloud. What we remember: heavy for this fourteenth edition.

Four names adorn the headliner, good surprises in perspective:

A good start for The XX, who return to service after a few years of absence. The London trio resurfaces with I See You, the latest addition to the band's well-calibrated dream pop. Already two singles (Hold On, Say Something Loving) which confirm that the talent will be at the rendezvous on Sunday, August 27.

Another surprise: the return of PJ Harvey, true rock legend, appeared last year at the We Love Green festival, should reassure fans. A surprising album (The Hope Six Demolition Project) from the British, which we will surely hear on Saturday, August 26.

Confirmed electro prodigy, Flume will be part of the party on Friday, August 25. No doubt, we will look forward to the set of the Australian who will give the Domaine de St Cloud an electric atmosphere.

The Scottish Franz Ferdinand, although quite accustomed to the festival, will not be too much for this new edition, promising a frenetic set to the rhythm of their hits (Take Me Out, No You Girls, Love Illumination), a beautiful return to the foundations of rock across the Channel on Friday, August 25.

The list is long since other bands are added to this line-up full of promise: the duo The Kills, Cypress Hill, At the Drive-In, Fakear, Mø, Jain, Rone, Mac Demarco, Ty Segall, The Pretty Reckless, Frank Carter and The Rattlesnakes…

Opening of the ticket office on March 9th at noon!
