The wonderful composer Ólafur Arnalds will perform in concert on October 24th in the Salle Pleyel in Paris. An ideal acoustic setting to make the most of your music.

We discovered him in 2014 with his project The Chopin Project, accompanied by the talented Japanese-German classical pianist Alice Sara Ott. A thrill and a strong emotion that made the structure of the Trianon vibrate and make our little heart beat. Since then, we have been devoting unconditional love to him!

Whether alone or with his electro project Kiasmos (with whom he has just completed a long tour), Ólafur Arnalds is one of his sensitive artists who know how to grab you in your flesh. Musician, composer and producer of classical / neo-classical music, Ólafur Arnalds is particularly known for the soundtrack of the series Broadchurch for which he received the BAFAT (British Academy Film Awards) in 2014 and Philip K. Dick's Electric Dreams .

Since 2007, Ólafur enchants us with albums all as beautiful as each other, EP éclairs, composed as a challenge and recorded in one week, projects at the edge of the skin. His music is one that is listened to with your eyes closed, the one that makes you travel as much dreamlike as internally. It touches you deeply, imprints itself in your soul and awakens your senses.

Although it is singularly melancholic, Ólafur Arnalds' music is also one of renewal, hope, openness to the world and to others.

After a concert announced at Christmas for May 15 at the Trianon (Sold Out), it is with pleasure that the Icelandic offers us a new date for October 24 in the setting of the Salle Pleyel.

But his tour will not be limited to the capital and you can already buy your tickets for other cities:
October 21 at the Auditorium Orchestre National de Lyon
– October 22 at the Théâtre Femina in Bordeaux – October 23 at the
Halle aux Grains in Toulouse

It is sold out all over Europe: Brussels, Berlin and London where it will occupy the stage of the prestigious Royal Albert Hall.

But what to expect on stage? The composer will be accompanied by a string quartet, a drummer/percussionist and pianos and synthesizers, Ólafur's playground. We will also have to expect to find arranged pianos and designs specific to the artist who never stops experimenting each time to innovate and find something to make his music even more beautiful. Surprise then!

While waiting for May 15 (for those who already have their tickets) or October 24 (for those who do not have them yet), do not hesitate to discover or rediscover his works on his website.
