Since the end of the Harry Potter saga, Daniel Radcliffe has offered himself an eclectic filmography. He is now starring in a new film about the drug cartel, Beast of Burden.

Sean Haggerty (Daniel Radcliffe), is short of time: he has an hour to transport his drug shipment from the Mexican border, an hour to save the life of his seriously ill wife, an hour to choose between the Cartel, which promises him medical care, and the narcotics squad, with whom he is associated.

From Horns (Alexandre Aja, 2014), to Swiss Army Man (Dan Kwan and Daniel Scheinert, 2016), via Imperium (Daniel Ragussis 2016), Daniel Radcliffe never ceases to amaze us. Beast of Burden promises to be a low-budget film but it still seems to hold up. Indeed, the cast seems to offer some rising heads like Grace Gummer who was found in seasons 2 and 3 of Mr. Robot. Radcliffe, meanwhile, seems to be very busy at the moment since he will also be starring in Guns Akimbo, Jason Lei Howden's next film on the dark-web, but also season 1 of Lorne Micheal's Miracle Workers series.

The film is scheduled only on VOD in the United States and will be available from February 23. No French date has yet been announced. Case to follow!
