Artists, public and entertainment professionals, many of us were looking forward to this event and nothing, not even the mixed weather, hindered the joy of the reunion and the happiness of vibrating together the musical creation. Although it was difficult to cover all the scenes (this is the other side of the coin of a rich and varied program 😉 ) here is a small overview of the artists present with whom we were able to escape for a weekend.
Shadow
A sensitive writing, an intense musical atmosphere that explores strings and electro, a simple and lively stage presence, Lombre takes us with him in his stories with a beautiful maturity for his young age (he is 24 years old). Still little known for the moment, you have not finished hearing about him! His latest EP, La lumière du noir, is a must listen. Our little finger tells us that an album will be released soon:) To be continued…
Gaël Faye
Gaël Faye on stage, it's a must see! This artist with a sublime voice (he made us transcendent vibes!) and the committed and sincere lyrics made us enjoy live the titles of his latest album, Lundi Méchant (released in November 2020) and "fait boomer les boomers".
Gystere
With Gystère we rediscover funk and it's so good! A touch of psychedelia, soul and afro variations, they send us happiness in the face and frankly we needed it! Gystère is a group of talented musicians led by Adrien Boris Peskine, a (very) prolific and complete artist with Afro-Brazilian and Russian origins, revealed at the Trans Musicales de Rennes in 2019, who has hosted a column on Radio Nova since 2020, in Marie Bonnisseau's Super Nova show. To follow, and to see, absolutely (next dates in 2022 for now).
Molecule
It is on the outdoor stage, on the banks of the Seine, that Molecule (aka Romain Delahaye), accompanied by Hervé Déjardin (sound engineer of Radio France specialized in immersive sound) put the population in a trance with his electronic compositions. We went on a trip, all together, in an aerial electronic atmosphere, in the smoke and under the stars. Special mention for the title Sila which definitely made us take off. The experience got us hooked! And that's good, they will be on July 24 in Villeneuve-la-Garenne, August 7 in Crozon.
Philippe Katerine
Still crazy, Philippe Catherine ! With his pink pig-faced T-shirt and his irreverent and completely crazy universe, he makes us enter the 5th dimension. We love it!
The Avener
The first day ended in beauty and joy on the greatest titles of The Avener, where we gave all that we had left of energy:)
